You can also change the behavior of your chatbot from the Settings section of your dashboard.
1. Sticky Behavior
This setting controls the default state of the chatbot on your website. The default value of this setting is OFF, meaning the chatbot is minimized and the user needs to tap the launcher icon in the bottom-right corner of your website to pop-out the chatbot. Changing this setting to ON state will make the chatbot pop-out by default.
2. Domain Protection
This is a security feature that prevents the chatbot from being embedded in someone else’s website by copying your install script. This setting is applicable only if you have added a website source to your chatbot. Enabling this setting will enable the chatbot only if the domain name of the website matches the domain name of the website displaying the chatbot.
