Do you offer a free plan?
Yes, we do offer a free plan that supports all the features, the only limitation is the number of pages and documents and the number of messaegs per month:
- Up to 3 web-pages and 1 document for training
- Limit of 100 messages per month
How can I remove the “Powered by Bottomright” branding from my chatbot?
You can upgrade to the $99/mo Business plan to remove the Bottomright branding from your chatbot. To do this, navigate to the Billing section on your dashboard and click the Change Plan button.
What happens after I exhaust my monthly messages quota?
We’ll inform you via email when your account exceedes the available quota. If your account continues to exceed the quota, we’ll automatically disable the chatbot after 48 hours.
Where can I view my current usage?
You can view your current usage by navigating the Billing tab on your dashboard.
Where can I download my invoices?
You can view/download invoices from the Billing history section by navigating to the Billing tab on your dashboard.
